The innovative sensors are designed to be placed in unmonitored areas across your school or institution, such as bunkhouses, toilet cubicles and corridors, to detect student vaping incidents. Unlike other vape detectors, nynet’s smart sensors identify the chemical structures in vape, nicotine and THC therefore, avoiding false alerts that are often triggered by products such as deodorants or body sprays. Once detected, the sensor will send an instant alert via the portal, that can be accessed online through a computer or a mobile device.
The sensor is tamper-proof and can also pick up potential bullying using AI and sound monitoring.
The devices are PoE and can also work over the LoRaWAN network. They are designed for schools, businesses and public buildings where the use of drugs, e-cigarettes and cigarettes needs to be carefully monitored and prevented.
